Order Processing Time. Is 1-3 business days based on Holidays & days open (closed Monday-Tuesday.) Our goal is to get you your treasures as quickly as possible within shipping and business limitations. Note: our standard shipping days are Wednesday & Saturday please make exceptions for Holidays. If you wish to have your package in time for Christmas, make sure to place your order by December 15th. If you have any questions, please make sure to call the store during business hours for the quickest service.
Shipping Time & Cost. NOTE: Shipping cost will change with final sale due to size & weight factors. You will be charged a base shipping rate checkout, and the cost will be adjusted with final shipping. I am happy to bundle items, but you will need to reach out to me if they are on separate purchase orders otherwise standard shipping will happen
Fast delivery time: 1-3 days. Tracking and insurance up to $100 included. Shipping cost will be calculated by size of envelope or box items fit safely in with proper packing material to ensure safety on delicate items. Items will ship USPS Priority Flat Rate Mail at $9.85-$10.60 for Envelopes, $10.40-$24.75 Flat Rate Box, Items larger than the larges flat rate boxes are by Weight/Zone: From $9.25 with a max 70lbs and 108' combined length & girth. Nonstandard Fees can apply for items of unusual sizing if this applies you will be notified of additional cost. I strongly recommend additional insurance for larger dollar purchases. Additional Insurance available for a cost and can cover up to $5,000. Final Shipping cost my change from the checkout based on final weight and dimension, and additional insurance choices.
Tracking: Tracking is included with every purchase. Once shipped you should receive an email with your tracking # and shipping details.
Local Pick Up. Buy online and pick up in store. This feature is wonderful for local people to save on shipping and pick up during business hours. All orders placed before opening 11 am Wednesday- Saturday 12pm Sunday will be available next day for pick up. Orders place while we are Closed (Monday-Tuesday and occasional holidays) Will be available 24hrs after reopening.
Order Fulfillment: The edits you can make to an order depend on the fulfillment status of the order. If your order has been fulfilled you Can Not add, remove or adjust the items or amount. of items. You may however edit items until the order is fulfilled, please note editing orders may cause delays for your package to be shipped. Cost will be updated as order is edited by the owner, and you will be notified of the updated and credited/charged appropriate cost.
Returns: We do not accept returns (Please see our return policy) Items damaged in shipping will be turned over to USPS insurance claims. All items automatically insured up to $100 dollars. I strongly advise you add additional insurance to cover the cost of anything over $100 dollars. Lost or damaged packages will be USPS Claims as well.
Potential Service Interruptions: Orders may take longer to arrive due to many variables outside of our control. Please not we are a small business and do our best to fulfill your order as quickly as possible, but delays can happen please be patient and kind with us. Delivery is also outside our control, and we cannot be held responsible for delays once the package leaves our hands.
